I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, being close to the Sanctuary and safe for evening strolls. The rooms were cozy, perfect for couples or families, but they felt a bit cramped with limited storage. The service varied; while some staff were friendly and helpful, others didn’t seem too interested. The dining options were decent, and the breakfast was surprisingly good, but the rooms weren't quite ideal. Overall, it offers good value for money but with some areas for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, very close to the Sanctuary and the views from my terrace were stunning. However, I found the cleanliness of my room lacking, and the sound from the lifts was quite bothersome.
